These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (website visitor, customer) and LIVARAYS. When you browse our site, register an account and place orders for our leather fashion bags, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to all clauses of these terms.

Product & Pricing Statement

All bags displayed on our website are genuine LIVARAYS original designs. Product specifications, material descriptions and photos are for reference. Minor manual craft differences on leather goods are normal characteristics of natural leather products and are not quality defects.

We reserve the right to adjust product prices, launch promotions or terminate discount activities at any time without prior notice. Once your order payment is completed, the confirmed price of your order will not be changed arbitrarily.

Order & Payment Terms

After you submit an order, the system will reserve goods for a limited time. If payment is not finished within the required time, the order will be automatically canceled and stock will be released. You promise that all payment methods you use are legally owned by yourself. All transaction fees generated by payment channels are borne by customers unless special activity rules specify otherwise.

Limitation of Liability

LIVARAYS will be responsible for resolving issues related to defective products, wrong delivery within the scope defined in our return policy. We shall not be liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to schedule loss, work loss caused by delayed delivery of bags, within the scope permitted by Philippine law.

We are not responsible for shopping risks arising from force majeure events such as natural disasters, epidemic restrictions, government policy adjustments.

Intellectual Property

All texts, photographs, artwork, LIVARAYS brand logo, handbag design patterns published on the website are protected by intellectual property laws. No individual or entity may copy, download, edit and use our product images (the bag pictures you provided included) for commercial sales, counterfeit marketing without written permission from LIVARAYS.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of The Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from online orders and website service will first be resolved through friendly email negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to competent courts within the Philippines.
